For six years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to the development of Black content creators and creators of colour because we continuously see hard work and value often overlooked by the industry. We want to help permanently fix that by supporting influencers' growth and helping them achieve their dreams.

We’re always on the lookout for new talent to help and we understand that each individual's journey is different, which is why we always tailor each strategy to the creator's chosen path.

Most importantly, as Black women working in the industry, we understand some of the difficulties you may have faced and may continue to face in your journey. We want to lessen that load and help you focus on your craft.
